At Solway Care.com we use a person centered approach to provide services to people with disabilities which enables them to stay at home in the community. To promote the well being and general health of service users and help create environments in which the service user feels safe and secure, supporting them choosing the lifestyle individual to them. Given them: a) Choice, equality, dignity, privacy, safety, continuity of care. We assist with all domestic care: b) Housework, Personal care, Bathing/showering, shopping, meal preparation. Helping to get up or going to bed. Medication, prompting, assisting, administering & recording. Palliative care. Sleep-in duties or waking nights.
