For hundreds of years, the Buccleuch family have been rearing excellent quality cattle and sheep, harvesting crops and working with nature to produce some of the best countryside produce Scotland can offer. We are especially proud of our beef, lamb and pork products which are of the highest quality. All our beef is matured for a minimum of 21 days to give it the very best flavour and succulence and as our meats are mainly sourced from the green pastures in and around our own estates, we know exactly where your food comes from. From our special steak burgers to our bursting-with-flavour beef fillet and ribeye steaks, the quality of our meat is obvious from the very first taste. Food is what we do best and it shows in every product we sell.
