Chris has over twenty years experience as a senior manager or management consultant.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has Masters degrees in Leadership and Management, Psychology, and Social Policy. He is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and an Accredited Mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, Europe's leading business conflict resolution organisation.
Chris is a Registered Occuptional Tester with the British Psychological Society.
Training
We provide training in all aspects of leadership development including leadership awareness, change management, coaching and mentoring skills, effective communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, facilitation, feedback skills, influencing, managerial consulting skills, negotiating, presentation skills, and strategic and creative thinking.
We also offer training for effective teamwork, especially using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and other psychometric instruments to facilitate better mutual understanding among team members.
Coaching
We provide a very supportive yet challenging individual coaching service.
We specialise particularly in offering
• executive coaching to senior managers based on a 360° assessment using the Center for Creative Leadership's Benchmarks® instrument and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®.
• coaching for junior managers based on a 360° assessment using the Center for Creative Leadership's Skillscope® instrument and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®.
