totally dissatisfied

I have purchased 3 products in my lifetime fromt his store and all 3 of the products have turned out to be faulty. I took each item back into the store and was refused a refund or a replacement. So i paid �£299 for a laptop computer that didnt even work. Apparently the staff are trained to test products, however staff havent a clue!! Would NOT suggest shopping in this store EVER!!!!!!
