  Thankyou for doing such a good job on our fireplaces, we are really pleased with it. The end results were well worth all the hours you put in checking, checking and re-checking all the measurements.

  Installation all wrong, materials used all wrong. Job botched. Ignored 'phone calls, made promises at shop which were never kept. BN made promises when eventually contacted, again not kept. Cost a lot of money, hard work & inconvenience to rectify. THESE PEOPLE ARE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE COME TRUE!

• Do not touch with a barge pole

  Awful retailer, awful installer. Installed a dangerous fire with us and refused to do anything to help. Wouldn't even answer phonecalls. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
